~ baby mitts ~


Materials:
- 1/2 oz. baby sport yarn (I used Patons Beehive Baby Sport)
- G hook

Size:  2 1/2" x 3 1/2" 

Notes:
- the ch 2 at the beginning of the dc rnds do not count as a stitch
- I crochet tight, so you may need to adjust the size of your hook

Directions:
Rnd 1:  Ch 3, 12 dc in the 3rd ch from the hook.  Join with a sl st to top of 1st dc.  (12 dc)

Rnd 2:  Ch 1, 2 sc in each dc around.  Join with a sl st to 1st sc.  (24 sc)

Rnd 3:  Ch 2, 2 dc in 1st sc, dc in next 3 sc.  *2 dc in next sc, dc in next 3 sc.  Repeat from * around.  Join with a sl st to 1st dc.  

Rnd 4:  Ch 1, sc in each dc around.  Join with a sl st to 1st sc.

Rnd 5:  Ch 2, dc in each sc around.  Join with a sl st to 1st dc.

Rnd 6:  Repeat Rnd 4.

Rnd 7:  Repeat Rnd 5.

Rnd 8:  Repeat Rnd 4.

Rnd 9:  Repeat Rnd 5.

Rnd 10:  Repeat Rnd 4.

Rnd 11:  Ch 2, dc 1st dc and next dc together, dc in next dc.  *dc next 2 dc together, dc in next dc.  Repeat from * around.  Join with a sl st to 1st dc.

Rnd 12:  Repeat Rnd 4.

Rnd 13:  Repeat Rnd 5.

Rnd 14:  Ch 2, dc in 1st dc, front post dc around next dc.  *dc in next dc, front post dc around next dc.  Repeat from * around.  Join with a sl st to 1st dc.

Rnd 15:  Repeat Rnd 4.  End off.
